Course:
The purpose of this course is to enable the delegate to develop knowledge and understanding of recruitment and induction as required by practising or potential site supervisors, managers or leaders.
At the end of the course the delegate will be able to:
Describe the induction and onboarding process
Describe the phases of the induction and onboarding process in an organisation
List which legal aspects should be included in an organisation’s induction and onboarding process.
Understand the value of an effective induction and onboarding process
Explain methods that could be used to record an individuals progress during induction or onboarding.
Explain the benefits of a comprehensive and effective induction and onboarding process for both the employee and organisation.
Explain how an induction and onboarding process could be evaluated.
