St Modwen are developing the 32acre site adjacent to junction 10 of the M42, Tamworth to include a new access off Trinity Road. They look to provide Industrial units with associated hard and soft landscaping in a prime logistical position.

The site itself has been developed with careful consideration and relocation of services including a fuel pipe with cathodic protection system, asbestos encased water pipe, overhead lines as well as coordination around an existing public right of way that ran through the centre of Phase 2.

Two Contractors developing phase 1 & 2 of the site have required coordination with civils contractors to create new entrance, handle service diversions and groundworks. Ecological impacts such as badgers have impacted the approach and timescales of build.

Our role of Site Wide H&S Co-Ordinator have ran from November 2018 and have ensure communication and coordination between the whole project team.
