Stonebridge East Phase 2

Caddick Construction were appointed to complete Phase 2 of Stonebridge Business Park industrial development in Liverpool following on from completion of Phase 1 in 2017, and as such appointed Safety For to provide Principal Designer Advisor services throughout the construction phase.

The works consisted of construction of a 51,000 sq. ft speculative industrial warehouse space incorporating an integral high spec office situated directly off the East Lancashire Road (A580). External works included 52 dedicated parking spaces with vehicle charging points, goods yard with dock levellers, a new service yard and new incoming utility services.

The building is set within a 2.77-acre plot with first floor office accommodation and was completed in October 2019 for the end client St Modwen Developments Limited. The design team included Pozzoni Architects, Hydrock Consultants as Structural Engineers and Atkins as M&E Engineers.
