ST ANDREWS PARK

The former RAF Uxbridge site which is rich in military history with listed buildings and sites of interest has been undergoing development to incorporate housing, school, public open space, commercial premises, tourist buildings and retail.

Our involvement since September 2016 through to the present day has included Construction SHE advisor to St Modwen Homes as well as the more recent Site Wide H&S Co-ordinator role for the wider development.

Due to the site’s history there are elements of culture that need to be protected as well as the consideration of materials and substances found in the ground during construction.

The interaction with an ever increasing population in the area requires coordination and planning. We have worked with the wider team to assist in developing safely for the local community.
