Safety For were employed by Prosurv Consult Limited to act as CDM Advisor for the regeneration of Henley Business Park.

Since 2006, this has included the demolition of the former structure on site, making way for a range of industrial units and offices totalling 350,000 sq. ft.

With a number of residential properties in close proximity to the site boundaries sensitivity of these neighbours was a high priority. This was particularly prevalent during the remediation phase when asbestos containing materials were identified within the ground on a small are of the site.

Being built out over a number of phases, the construction of the final phase of units came with the complexities of ensuring minimal impact to the existing businesses. Working alongside developer St. Modwen Properties Plc and Principal Contractor A & H Construction & Developments plc the project was completed in 2018.
