Safety For were appointed by Stockbridge Ltd as Pre-Construction Principal Designer and CDM Advisors for the construction of a thirty-one-property residential housing development.

This was Phase One of a four phase development totalling 221 dwellings consisting of two, three- and four-bedroom traditional style houses.

The Nottinghamshire development has been designed in alliance with the Prince’s Foundation, the Prince of Wales environmental charity, supporting people to create harmonious sustainable communities by respecting the past, while building for the future.

The Client consolidated their CDM2015 compliance by contracting Safety For as CDM Advisors through the construction phase. This included regular site audits, identifying non-compliance with Health and Safety legislation, monitoring Principal Contractor performance during e construction phase. Safety For also coordinated the assessment and delivery of Health and Safety File, Operation and Maintenance Manuals for facilities management and Home Information Packs for homeowners.
